Rectangles overlap and reduce from shade to base with the transition from one to the other beautifully realized in a thin slab of metal buried into and held tightly by the hefty wooden base. Two metal finishes—nightshade black and natural brass—combine with two base heights to al-low this elegant and minimal table lamp to be configured in four singular ways.
